Haha, glad that we can commiserate! Great tip, about the nuts. I personally also keep a pack of peanuts at my desk, I find almonds a little more expensive. I eat these nuts only when I’m desperate for an afternoon snack though. Your lunch sounds amazingly healthy, I wish I could be a little more like you! I’m not a big fan of fruits and veggies, but I most certainly should try eating that instead of all the unhealthy stuff I’m putting into my body!

my food budget is also $200/mon! i'd read that once on a usda site for a family of 1
